Because High Quality Printing is a Custom manufacturing process the prices offered here are all subject to final inspection of digital files, or artwork.. And in all instances are valid for 30 days from the estimate date unless stated otherwise.

If you are a previous customer, a good friend, or have for some other reason are in our files you only need to supply us with your company name and contact. Phone number and email address would also be helpful.

Because we are smarter than the average Joe. If this is a repeat order, or a revision on a previous estimate we really wont make you fill out the entire form again and again. Simply provide us with the previous Invoice #, or estimate # (makes our life easier), or the approx date( makes your life easier). Tell us what has changed if anything, and we will get right back to you with a new (revised) price.

Paper can be one of the most troublesome items in dealing with an estimate. It's availability, sizes, weights, colors, all added up with the fact that the mills change them can cause great consternation. There fore we've created a flyout menu with a number of common papers to choose from. In most instances these will get you close enough for planning needs and we can choose an actual stock from samples before the job runs. If you know the stock, color, finish etc there is the option of telling us exactly what you need, and we will pursue to get a price.

All inks will be assumed common from one side to another, unless noted in the comments section. We pride ourselves in our ability to create artwork that will work on press. Fixing artwork to make it work on press is sometimes an expensive proposition. It is best to start with good art.

Because most of what we do is purely custom, we find it is often easier to do this the old fashioned way, person to person.
